Step 1: WHAT, the goal you identified earlier using the questionnaire.
Step 2: WHERE/WHO, the location (ex: at home, at the office), and the people who will be part of your team (ex: your accountability buddy, your coach).
Step 3: WHEN, be specific about when your goal will be achieved.
Step 4: WHY, what is motivating you to achieve this outcome. The WHY is critical to success and must be powerful enough for you to maintain commitment to your outcome.
Step 5: HOW, the overall path you choose to get there (ex: using a diet and exercise plan)
Step 6: ACTIONS, what specific actions will you take (ex: meeting a personal trainer Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00a.m. to 7:00a.m.). Each action is accompanied by a date that it will be completed and whether the ACTION is active or not.
